Admissions September 2010 - June 2011: Admissions for the academic year 2010 - 2011 for KG 1 – Grade 12 will commence on 1st March. Prospectus and application forms are available with the accounts department. Seats are available on a first come first serve basis only.
Admission depends upon existing vacancies. The minimum permissible age of admission to Kindergarten 1 is three on or before 15th September. There are no entrance tests for Kindergarten 1, Kindergarten 2, Year 1 and Year 2, however the ward has to face an interview with the concerned supervisor. For all other classes admission is granted on the basis of previous school reports, an entrance test in Mathematics and English where advisable, and an interview with the Principal or Admission officer. |

- Parents should bring their children to School and gather in the School Auditorium at 8.30 a.m. for an Orientation Programme. Parents may leave after the Orientation Programme.
- Bus arrangements will be made during the Orientation Programme.
- This Induction Day will help to ensure that students settle into their new school in a comfortable and relaxed manner.

- Normal KG timings are from 7:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Normal School timings for Grade One upwards are from 7:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
- Books and uniforms may be purchased from the school with effect from Wednesday 1st September until Wednesday 8th September between 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. (except Friday).

Parents will have to collect the books for their children from the Book Shop.
Along with the normal school uniform, please note that only black shoes, white sports (P.E.) shoes, white socks, and a black belt without fancy buckles are permitted. |

- All Items of School and Sports Uniforms should be clearly labelled with the students name and grade.
- School bags, snack boxes, water bottles & all items sent to School should be labelled for children in the Kindergarten and Junior Classes.
- Text books and note books should be covered with brown coloured paper and labelled with the Student’s name and grade.
- Read your child’s homework diary daily. This carries necessary information for parents as well as students.
- If your child is experiencing initial settling-in problems you should contact the School Reception to meet the Class Teacher or Supervisor of his / her section.
- School fees need to be paid before the start of the term to the accounts section in order for an ‘admit slip’ to be issued for your child to enter class.

| All students in private schools are required to be registered with The Ministry of Education, Dubai. These requirements differ according to the location of the student's previous school. |

| All students have to provide the following: |
• Completed registration, health and transport forms.
• Passport copy with a valid residence visa.
• Two passport size photographs. |
|
| Additional documents need to be submitted as follows: |
K.G One to Grade One students starting School for the first time.
• Birth certificate copy in either English or Arabic.
From Grade 2 onwards: Students transferring from another school in Dubai.
• A transfer certificate from the previous school.
From Grade 2 onwards: Students transferring from another Educational Zone in the U.A.E.
• A Transfer certificate from the previous School attested by the previous Educational Zone.
From Grade 2 onwards: Students coming from schools in the U.S.A, Canada, Western Europe, New Zealand and Australia.
• Original previous school report. This should include the Grade the student has completed or is currently studying in.
From Grade 2 onwards: Students coming from schools in GCC countries.
• Previous school report attested by the previous Ministry of Education.
From Grade 2 onwards: Students coming from schools in other countries outside the U.A.E.
• Transfer certificate or school report from the previous school attested by the previous Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs plus the UAE Embassy in that country.
OR
• Attestation by the previous Ministry of Education, the student's Embassy in the UAE and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Students coming from Egypt.
• The same requirements as for students coming from countries outside the UAE up to Grade 5.
• The attested Grade Five report from the previous school for students seeking entry into Grade 6.
• The attested Grade Five report from the previous school, as well as the report of the current year, for students seeking entry into Grades higher than Grade 6. A Grade 5 report and a Grade 7 report will for example be needed for admission in Grade 8.
