Key Stage 3 (Grade 7 and 8):

A broad and balanced program is followed in Key Stage 3 which includes all major subjects, plus extra-curricular activities and sports. This inculcates the habit of serious study to prepare them for the more rigorous academic schedule of later years. Students are tested throughout the year regarding their academic progress through a well-organised system of class tests, until tests and examinations. Equal importance is given to extra-curricular activities, the honing of talents and the all-round development of students.

Key Stage 4 (Grade 9 and 10):

Key Stage 4 students are entrusted with additional responsibilities to prepare them for life beyond school. They are encouraged to excel and compete in all fields in order to prepare them for entry into colleges and universities in the UAE and other parts of the world. The focus of learning in these years is to prepare them for the IGCSE exams. In Grade 9, students begin IGCSE courses, for which the options are as follows:

These IGCSE courses will be completed at the end of Grade 10.

In addition to IGCSE courses it is compulsory for all students to take the appropriate UAE Ministry Arabic course. For Muslim students the UAE Ministry Islamic Studies course is also compulsory.

Key Stage 5 (Grade 11 and 12):

In grade 11 and 12, students elect to follow 'AS'/ 'A2' level GCE courses in subjects of their choosing assuming that they have achieved satisfactory results at IGCSE.

The stage of Education tends to involve a degree of specialisation - usually students elect to study between 2 to 4 subjects. Each year the school will endeavour to offer an appropriate range of courses according to demand. The options at present are as follows:
